D&H Landscaping LLC – Terms and Conditions

1. Scope of Work

D&H Landscaping LLC agrees to perform landscaping services as outlined in the approved estimate, including but not limited to lawn care, yard cleanup, mulch installation, planting, trimming, and general property maintenance.

Any additional services not included in the original estimate will require prior approval and may result in additional charges.

2. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
No upfront payment is required for standard landscaping services.

Late payments may be subject to additional fees.

3. Scheduling & Weather

All project dates are estimates and may be adjusted due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Equipment availability

  • Scheduling logistics

D&H Landscaping LLC reserves the right to reschedule services as needed.

4. Changes & Additional Work

Any changes requested after approval must be confirmed and may affect the total cost and timeline.

5. Property Access

The client must provide safe and clear access to all work areas.
Delays caused by restricted access may result in rescheduling.

6. Existing Property Conditions

D&H Landscaping LLC is not responsible for:

  • Pre-existing damage

  • Poor soil conditions

  • Drainage issues

  • Pest-related problems

7. Plants, Grass & Living Materials

Landscaping involves natural living materials.
D&H Landscaping LLC does not guarantee:

  • Plant survival

  • Grass growth results

  • Color consistency

Results depend on maintenance, weather, irrigation, and soil conditions.

8. Irrigation & Utilities

The client is responsible for identifying sprinkler systems, underground lines, or utilities.

D&H Landscaping LLC is not liable for damage to systems that are not clearly marked or disclosed.

9. Maintenance Responsibility

After completion, the client is responsible for ongoing maintenance including:

  • Watering

  • Fertilizing

  • Proper care

Improper maintenance voids any implied guarantees.

10. Liability

D&H Landscaping LLC is insured.
However, we are not responsible for damages caused by factors outside our control.

11. Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing.
Work already completed or scheduled may be subject to charges.

12. Clean-Up

We will leave the property clean and free of job-related debris upon completion.

13. Acceptance

By approving the estimate, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
